Now make your way toward Raejack Village. He'll mention that he's looking for his cousin, who is a prince. Now make your way toward the north side of town and talk to the man who you should find standing there. Talk to him to receive the Rare Fish, a sword. Once you're done with the Dash Circuit, exit the inn and talk to the man who hangs out near the inn and another building along the left side of the village. If you do decide to work at it, you'll find that it's important to memorize the whole track and to set a course so that you can keep running straight through slight bends without the need for minor corrections that can so easily result in your character ramming a wall. Of course, the whole event is maddening enough that you may just decide it's not worth your while.
If that's the case, you can place well in this one (with "well" being under 80 or even 60 seconds) to receive 200G, a Life Shard, a Small Block and even the Wing Sword if your combined time between the two circuits is under 80 seconds total.
